I've learned over the years that I can get helpful information from my body at any time. I simply have to give it time and space to speak to me. And I have to listen.
But how, in practical terms, is this done?
Two of the first and most fundamental questions to ask when seeking information from the body are:
• What am I feeling?
• Where am I feeling it?
Posing these two questions to yourself, and listening for the answers, provides a great starting point. But what then? How does one approach the resulting information and work with it? I'd like to share some thoughts and ideas from my own experience.
Everything is alive in its own way. Everything may be thought of as energy. Everyone and everything has its own life process. Respect the autonomy and the boundaries of these processes in all cases.
Let things speak for themselves, whether seeking information in the body, in waking reality, in dreams, whatever the context. Maintain an open, friendly attitude toward whoever or whatever presents itself to you.
Ask questions: Who or what are you? Why are you here? What is your story, or what would you like to tell me?
When presented with pain or discomfort in the body, ask the same questions. Be still, be patient, and listen for whatever comes. It may be a word, an image, an impression, a feeling, or something else. Your body may have a story to tell you. Allow the story to come. Note any changes in the body ... relaxation, movement of energy, change in breathing. Let the story unfold until it seems to be finished. Let imagination work to bring the information to full consciousness.
The body is a container, a vessel, a vehicle for the expression of energy. Sometimes energy gets stuck or trapped. This can result in physical pain, discomfort, structural problems, or illness. A story is also a container, a vessel, a vehicle for the expression of energy. Energy can be trapped in the body in the form of a story. Some stories that emerge from the body are literally true and verifiable in terms of one's real world experience. This type of story is often referred to as a body memory. But stories that emerge from the body need not be literally true and verifiable in terms of one's real world experience to have value.
Sometimes valid stories emerge from the body in other forms, such as fantasies, or as streams of images, words, or feelings with no clear narrative and no obvious connection to the conscious world. Some stories emerge from the body in the form of what is often called a "past life" memory. From the standpoint of using the information for insight and healing, it doesn't matter if a fantasy or a stream of images makes sense at first, or if a "past life" memory is literally and verifiably true. What matters is whether or not the energy the story contains and expresses feels real and authentic in the body and the psyche. The metaphorical significance of the information may be evident almost immediately, or it may reveal itself gradually over time.
When working with the body, it's very important to ask for information before trying to jump straight from "problem" to "solution" to try to make the pain or the problem go away. Explore, investigate, listen. The simple process of focusing patient, understanding attention on an area of discomfort will often affect a shift that is significant enough to transform or clear any underlying psychic issue, and clear or significantly reduce the associated pain or physical discomfort in the body as well.
Such a shift may also be accompanied by a surprising psychological insight that puts the original issue in a new, more understandable context and provides a sense of greater peace or completion in relation to that issue.
The body is the gateway to the knowledge of the soul. The physical experience of the body provides many rich opportunities for self-exploration and healing. Our stories are with us throughout our lives, wherever we go, waiting there in our bodies to be discovered, heard, acknowledged, understood, and finally, released.

24 Questions: Are You Awake?

We've been taught to assume the truth about everything presented to us without questioning the origin of the initial facts. For example, in the United States, we were taught that the attack on Pearl Harbor brought the United States into WW2, yet were not taught how many United States companies profited from funding both sides of the war, nor we we taught how George W. Bush's grandfather, Prescott Bush, personally helped to fund both sides of WW2. Had we been taught this in school, would either George H. or George W. Bush have become president? I doubt it, but that's how propaganda has affected us as a global civilization.
With that in mind, what thoughts do you question? Here are a few of mine:
1. What are our true origins and where did we come from?
2. Explain how the differences in this planet’s races evolved. Some say mankind originated in the Middle East or in Africa, and then people migrated, causing the change in skin color. Perhaps that would explain skin color, but explain the facial differences of people from Asian decent and how this would be a biological change from evolution. Is it possible that we were ALL seeded here instead of Darwin’s theory of evolution?
3. If the bible dates our existence to approximately 4,000 BC, then how do people explain the pyramids on the Giza plateau, which date back to over 10,000 years ago?
4. Who built the underwater pyramids in the China Sea, which are estimated to be 12,000 years old?
5. Somehow, we went from homo habilis to homo erectus to homo sapien without any gradual changes in between lineages. How do you explain the lineage of mankind?
6. What are the true meanings behind these pictures?
7. How did cultures from other continents come up with the same 2012 end date without any means to communicate with one another?
8. Why did we go from a naturally harmonic calendar to the current and inharmonious Gregorian calendar?
9. Is it possible that those who “fear” God are giving their power to the church instead of keeping it for themselves?
10. Is it possible that the God mentioned in the Bible is a fallen angel?
11. Is it possible that the Roman Catholic Church supports the Luciferian Doctrine while the Protestant Church supports the Satanic Doctrine?
12. Why is god assumed to be a man? Why can’t god be a woman? Why can’t god be, “the source” without religious or gender connotations?
13. Why should anyone “fear god”? If this is an all-loving being, then why be scared of him (or her)?
14. If Jesus was so amazing, then why didn’t people write about him when he was alive? Even if the people were illiterate, they could still draw pictures. Even the cavemen documented UFO’s and aliens.
15. Why does the Roman Catholic Church have the most high-powered telescopes pointed toward the skies?
16. If Thoth and Quetzalcoatl are the same person, and Thoth is considered to be a Reptilian, is it possible the Mayans (and other civilizations with a 2012 end date) got their information from aliens?
17. Why do people assume the bible is the ultimate “truth”? Why don’t more people question the origins of the bible?
18. Why doesn’t the bible acknowledge UFO’s and extra-terrestrials? Did “God” create them as well? If so, then why do ET’s have advanced intelligence over human beings? If not, then explain ET’s.
19. There are 3 city states located in Washington, DC (which controls the world’s laws), London (banks) and the Vatican City (religion). Is it possible that the bible was written to get people to become subservient? Is it possible the bible was the original template for New World Order? Does anyone see the correlation between blind faith and being controlled by others?
20. The Roman Catholic Church removed the Books of Enoch from the bible, which stated all will be revealed in this present world. He also mentioned a wondrous civilization in the past that misused the keys of higher knowledge (presumably Atlantis). Why were these writings eliminated from the bible and why did the bible neglect to mention of previous civilizations?
21. Is it possible that the 2012 end date is a reference point to the end of a time matrix in which a particular agenda must be accomplished, e.g. either New World Order or ascension?
22. Why do we work 8+ hours each day to support the elite? Was this part of our true divine reason for incarnating here or is it to distract us from that reason?
23. Assuming there are advanced beings of life, would you imagine ET’s have “money” and work 8+ hours a day for the elite?
24. If there was no such thing as “money” what would YOU be doing with your life?
We live in a society that rewards those who follow the flock and ridicules those who think outside the box. This paradigm is changing as evidenced by the uncovered atrocities of 9/11 as more and more people awaken to seek the real truth behind who they are and who they represent.
If you are one of these people, I commend you. If you are still asleep, then perhaps it's time that you begin searching for some answers. The bottom line is to question everything, because most of what we have been taught is not the complete truth.

What if "nothing" happens in 2012?

Ancient writings from different continents, locations and cultures, such as the Mayans, Egyptians and Hindu, all agree on the 2012 end date. What if nothing happens?
Will people feel let down or disappointed?
Will we all have a good laugh?
Will be still expect the change to happen within a 10 year window of 2012?
How will we know if there's a change if some ascend and some get left behind without any memory of those who are no longer here?
The 2012 movement has created as much awareness as the "Make Love, Not War" hippie movement of the 1960's and it's gaining momentum every day as people awaken to their true divine purpose for being here. Many people who have begun their spiritual journeys can attest to experiencing a quantum leap in physical, metaphysical, esoteric and truth-seeking knowledge. That, alone, will change the world.
Is it possible for some to ascend while others get left behind without any recollection of what has happened??
It's within the realm of possibility that every person will get exactly what they want. Those who live in negativity might be saying, "See, I told you 2012 was bullshit!" while those who have remained positive would be saying, "I never knew 5D Earth would be this beautiful!" Both could exist on the same plane, but in different dimensions.
But what if "nothing" literally happens?
Something will have already happened, even if "nothing" happens. People who believe in 2012 are consciously trying to make this world a better place through thoughts, intentions and good deeds. That, too, will change the world. Through global consciousness and the awakening process, we will continue to create our own destiny, whether it's through ideas such as The Venus Project or through tearing down the walls of indifference as a global society.
Change is inevitable. We can either create change or allow others to create it for us.

2012: Where's the Proof?
2012: Where's the Proof?

The Mayans developed their calendar based on their advanced knowledge of the cosmos and mathematics. To this day, their calendar can predict every lunar eclipse with 30 seconds or so. On the day their calendar ends, the Earth and Sun are aligned with the center of the Milky Way Galaxy, an event that only occurs once every 26,000 years. Also on that day, we go into what's called the precession of the equinoxes, also an event that occurs once every 26,000 years.
The Mayan calendar is based on cycles of 5,125 years, so we're not only at the end of one of these cycles, we're also at the end of the 26,000 year cycle. Because humans (as far as we know) weren't in existence (or at least writing about these events) 26,000 years ago, we have no proof of what will happen.
Meanwhile, on a different continent, the Egyptians had their own calendar which also ends in 2012. Other civilizations have 2012 end dates for their calendar too, such as the Aztec, Hopi and Hindu calendars. Additionally, the I-Ching has a 2012 correlation.
Yet, where's the proof that something will happen?
The Mayans and Sumerians knew of planets that weren't "discovered" by modern society until the 1900's. How did they know this? How did the Mayans know there was a Milky Way Galaxy and that there was a center to it, let alone know the exact day of the galactic alignment in 2012?
Similar to the pyramids in Egypt, some things still cannot be replicated with modern technology. The Mayan calendar and their knowledge of the cosmos are two prime examples.
At some point, we have to question how and why certain landmarks exist:

We also should consider questioning our origins outside of what the bible claims to be "creation".
If you look at the lineage of mankind, there have been jumps in our evolution from homo habilis to homo erectus to homo sapien, without any gradual changes in between. This should be a red flag to anyone who studies evolution. Because there were no recorded documents at the times of evolutionary change, people dismiss the possibility of DNA upgrades because there are no tangible records of empirical data to support the theory.
That leads us to the scientific approach of explanations. We're told to believe that God created the Earth in seven days. If the world is going to rely on empirical data, then isn't it possible that the bible is fiction? Is it possible that God is a fallen angel? Just because the church and the bible tells us it's the truth, doesn't mean it's the truth.
Our entire solar system is currently going through dramatic climate changes which completely goes against the current solar minimum. Why? The mainstream scientists won't go out on a limb and admit that this has something to do with the galactic alignment, so it's up to us to out the pieces of the puzzle together.
So where's the proof?
That's for you to decide. Add up the evidence, research as much as you can and don't be swayed by anyone other than yourself and your intuition.
The bottom line is that I wouldn't worry about what others think when you tell them about 2012. We all have our own journey to travel and our own time to awaken. Some people aren't gonna awaken before 2012 and some will remain trapped inside the box.

The proof of past DNA upgrades is found within our lineage. In every case, there was no gradual changes between homo habilis, homo erectus, homo sapien, etc... The changes were immediate (within a few years in the scope of time). Somehow our DNA, presumably "junk" DNA during those periods in time, was activated as our solar system concluded epochs of time (most likely based on increments of 5,125 years).
The precession of the equinoxes occurs in 2012, along with the alignment of the Earth, Sun and our planet with the center of the milky way galaxy. Both of these events, ironically, occur once every 26,000 years. So we are not only at the end of a 5,125 year cycle, we're also at the end of a 26,000 year cycle. The Mayans and Egyptians knew this, yet this will never be exposed by the mainstream media because it would collapse our economy once people found out how much power we actually have to control our destiny.
The elite want us to rely on them as if we're helpless babies. Their paradigm is collapsing as we regain the power we've always had within us. As our DNA unfolds to its fullest potential, we'll take back everything that was inherently ours to begin with.
Everything boils down to energy and vibration. As the energies and vibrations increase, they will affect every cell in our bodies, including our DNA.
Junk DNA is the support system for our multidimensional consciousness that reconnects and activates the 10 strands of our dormant DNA. This will allow us to connect to the ethereal levels of dimensions.
Many people are already attesting to this happening on a gradual and steady pace, as evidenced by the number of metaphysical abilities that many have newly acquired, along with the number of reports stating the observance of orbs and other metaphysical presences within the fields their peripheral vision.
It's only a matter of "time" before these new abilities are commonplace for those who are open to change. Eventually, this should happen to everyone as the non-believers become the minority. In other words, those who are trapped inside the box may be the last to know and experience these changes.

Free Online Timewave Zero Calculator

This is pretty cool. It's a lot easier to use than the original Timewave software. For those curious about how to capture a picture from this generator, do the following:
1. On the top of your keyboard, press the PrtSc SysRq button once
2. Open up your paint program (Adobe, Paint Shop Pro, etc...) and paste it as a new image
3. Save and rename the image as a gif, jpeg, etc...
4. (More advanced) You can crop the picture to only show the timewave
The timeline for this year bottoms out at the end of October, 2009. Here is a screen shot of it:
The bottoming out occurs around 3am that day. One can only speculate what this could be...

1. On the top of your keyboard, press the PrtSc SysRq button once
2. Open up your paint program (Adobe, Paint Shop Pro, etc...) and paste it as a new image
3. Save and rename the image as a gif, jpeg, etc...
4. (More advanced) You can crop the picture to only show the timewave

What do we know about the children of the Crystal vibration? On the one hand, we know quite a lot. On the other hand, we know nothing very concrete. Like these children, the information at this time is more etheric, subtler and less obvious. Unlike their more “in your face” brother and sister Indigos, the Crystal children have not stirred things up - yet. September 11, 2001 was a turning point, a signal, and a gateway for this next wave of children. The Crystal children's time has come!
The Crystal children are probably, for the most part, the children of the Indigos. They may even be Indigos. In my most recent conversation with Lee Carroll about the Crystals, he stated they are Indigo artists. He could be right! It really doesn’t matter. What does matter is that each group or subgroup of children called forth from and by the Oneness be supported and allowed to fulfill their tasks, their divine purposes.
Steve Rother (owner of this site) and the Group call these kids The Peacemakers, while the Indigos have been called The Systems Busters. The Indigo kids were so named because of their distinctive indigo aura life color, indigo being the color of the third eye or the brow chakra. As such, they are very intuitive, mental, quick and easily bored. The Crystal children are so called, not because of their aura color, but because of their high vibration. Perhaps it will be noted in time that Crystals are more dominant in the crown chakra, the violet color spectrum, even the white and clear aura.
When did the Crystal children begin to arrive? There have always been a few according to the Group. These few were acting as scouts, testing the waters, but humanity did not treat them very well. Like the one known as Jesus the Christ, most often these scouts were killed, but they served the purpose of planting the seeds. It has often been noted that "Crystal and Christ" are very similar words and in this respect offer a similar definition. Keeping that in mind, the reader can get a good picture or feeling of what the Crystal children are like and what they are here for. Use your intuitive abilities to tune into the energy of these children, create Oneness with them and the result on the planet will be astounding.
With the arrival of the Indigo children, we saw a dramatic increase in the number of children being diagnosed as hyperactive or with ADD by the medical community. Much has already been written of this phenomenon, so I shall leave that for the experts. However, I wondered how the Crystals would be labeled, so I began to observe. What I began to hear was the word “autistic.” I am now quite convinced that we will see a dramatic increase in the number of autistic children. These are really the Crystal children (or artistic Indigos) who are so sensitive, so vulnerable to the world around them, that they go inward, disconnect as best they can from even humans and do their best to survive in a world where they really don’t yet fit.
Back to the question of how long the Crystal children have been here. In the last four decades or so, a few more than usual began to incarnate to anchor the energy. From my observation, it was one of the hardest jobs on the planet, but somebody had to do it, so a few "Great Ones" took on the task. It was not even certain at the time that the planet would ever by ready for the children of the Crystal vibration, but the space had to be created, the way had to be made, seeds had to sprout, just in case. And here we are in June 2002, having passed all of our own tests, welcoming larger numbers of these children, so apparently, we are ready! How do we recognize these new children or some of the few adult Crystals who, as forerunners, anchored the necessary energies? They are not out and about raising havoc, they are quietly living in relative obscurity, doing their very best to stay on the planet. I have had the pleasure and the honor, as well as the frustration, of raising one of these early Crystal pioneers who is now 27 years old. My personal experience, my intuition and hints provided by the Group are what I have used to compile a list of attributes of the children of the Crystal vibration. Please keep in mind that these attributes are not all inclusive, nor does every Crystal child necessarily exhibit every quality.
Extremely sensitive to everything in their environment -sound, colors, negative emotions in others, smells, food, chemicals, pollutants, the “feel” of clothing, violence, and pain of others, group consciousness, electromagnetic frequencies, solar flares.
So sensitive that they are deeply vulnerable, very powerful because of their intense vulnerability.
Must have alone time, do not live well in groups as few others understand their need for solitude, balance, rejuvenation, deep quiet.
Must have daily communion with nature and elements. The Spirit of Nature will help them balance and clear all of the disharmonious energies that affect them so strongly.
Just plain do not understand “Man’s inhumanity to Man,” war, greed, etc. Can easily feel totally overwhelmed by it all.
Will withdraw, disconnect, protect self if life is too intense, if they are traumatized or see and feel others traumatized.
Even though they are often quiet, others admire and are drawn to them like a magnet. They will have deep and lasting connections with humans who offer the unconditional love that the Crystal knows is the only true Love.
When a Crystal looks at you, you feel as if they have penetrated into your soul.
Really need very little traditional parenting as they are gentle, wise, and will be able to tell you what they need, what is good for them or not good for them. When my son was very young, he said one day, “I can never drink alcohol or take any drugs at all!” And he hasn’t!
Will often avoid crowds or malls. Too many different energies.
They have a deep love for children and animals. They have a remarkable way of connecting with all creatures.
Water is very beneficial in clearing and soothing them- baths, showers, waterfalls, fountains, playing in water and sand.
Require comfortable clothing of their choice of natural fibers and colors.
Require lots of pure water and often prefer fresh organic food.
Before they are born, they have often told their parents their name as well as other direct communication.
Miracles and magic happen around them -money appears, animals seek them out, babies smile at them, healings occur naturally.
Extremely empathic to the point of knowing what a stranger in the street is feeling.
Fear of intimacy because they so easily feel invaded, not respected. Would rather be alone than have their “personal body space” disregarded. Also may avoid romantic relationships for fear of hurting another if the relationship ends.
There is an innocence, a guilelessness, a purity, due to the absense of ego with Crystals.
May need help in learning to ground their energy with physical activity, nature, sports, martial arts, yoga or dance.
May disrupt electrical appliances, radios, TVs, computers.
Refrain from showing emotion for fear of its amplification and losing control, so may appear flat or passionless.
Can feel responsible for someone dying or getting hurt or even fighting.
Can and probably have had periods of deep depression.
Respond well to body work, massage, energy work by someone who is themselves balanced. Massage and cranio-sacral may be crucial to keeping their bodies healthy and pain-free.
Will often have a high metabolism and be natural vegetarians.
Bright, "big-picture individuals" with an instinctual understanding of the spiritual laws, of how it all works.
They have a clear connection to their higher-self, naturally accessing their highest guidance. It is precisely because of this they know the truth of spiritual Oneness.
Natural healers and peacemakers.
Multi-talented.
They are capable of regeneration of bone and tissue. Where most of us are gradually being upgraded -ascending to the Crystal energy, it is already in their DNA.
May be an individual of only a few words, but everyone listens when they quietly express their wisdom with humility.
However, they will not give advice without being asked and will never interfere.
